General Facility Use Guidelines

  • All Common Areas are for the health, well-being, and benefit of Members of The Preserve Community.
  • Always be respectful of your neighbors. If you have a complaint or issue, please contact Community Management Associates, Beth Barrett (manager@thepreserveneighborhood.com), or one of the Board members of The Preserve.
  • A Member may ask minors if they live in the neighborhood, but they should never ask for their exact address.
  • If a resident sees any illegal activity, rough play, any type of intimidation, or disregard for the common facilities, they are to call a Board Member or Community Management Associates. If there is imminent threat to safety, they should call the police.
  • Only Members that are current on their HOA Dues, and have no outstanding balances or fines are allowed to use any of the facilities.
  • Parents should make their children aware of these rules and regulations.

Enforcement of Rules

  • Members have the authority and responsibility to personally enforce facility rules and/or communicate violation to Board of Director Member, agents of the Management Company or the Gwinnett County Police Department, as appropriate.
  • If asked, all Members, including family Members, are responsible for presenting proof of membership (2017 pool card) when entering the facilities.
  • Any member not accompanying their guests are in violation of the Community Guidelines and may be expelled from the facility, incur monetary fines and their amenity use privileges suspended for any length of time as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors.
